Eligibility
A citizen of India who is 18 years of age or above and who can enter into a legally binding contract is eligible to use www.Laybach.in. If you represent some other entity, then you are accountable for all the activities on that account.
Abuse of Laybach.in
You agree to inform us about any information on our platform that you find offensive or that violates our listing policy or AUP. We reserve the right to take down any listing that does not abide by our norms.
Violations by Users
You agree that if a user violates any of our policies and/or AUP, we have the right to terminate his/her account and refrain the person from accessing the website in the future.
Content
Content includes the information you enter on the website in the form of text, pictures, videos, or audios. It also includes the information provided by Laybach.in and other users on the website. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute content available on our website (except content provided by you). Personal Information
You allow the collection, storage, and usage of all the personal data that you provide to Laybach.in Private Limited. When you upload any of your information even in the form of Resume or Bio-Data, you agree to display it publicly and make it accessible for all. You permit Laybach.in to access information shared by you to provide customer services. You understand that we may share personally identifiable data of any individual with our agents, recruiters, or affiliates.
General
We can update this AUP whenever we want and will notify you about the changes through the communication mediums. The updated AUP will continue to be in effect after 30 days or when you place your listing (whichever is earlier). In case of a merger, the AUP will continue to remain in effect.
Third-Party Content and Services
Laybach.in may provide links to other sites. The user should use his/her own discretion on whether to visit that website or not. In the case of the user’s interaction with other entities, there is no involvement of Laybach.in Private Limited. All the issues related to the payment and delivery of goods and services are between the user and the other entity. The user is free to investigate properly before proceeding with any online or offline transactions.
Indemnity
The user agrees to indemnify and hold Laybach.in Private Limited and all its representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including the court costs and attorney fees.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This AUP is designed and governed according to the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute with the company will be settled in Sri Ganganagar Court.
No Guarantee of Business
Laybach.in does not give you any guarantee for sales of your products or services. We are not liable if the advertisers could not make even a single sale. You understand that our only obligation is to display your ads on our website and we are not accountable for lead generations.
Advertiser Obligations
Advertisers are to make timely payments and they have to assure that the cheques issued by them do not bounce. Laybach.in Private Limited reserves the right to take action under the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 in regard to the bounced cheque. The advertiser should also pay attention to the following points:
The advertiser will bear complete responsibility in regard to the quality of their products or services.
The classifieds provided to Laybach.in should be accurate, complete, and lawful.
Infringement of Intellectual Property
Laybach.in will not be liable if there is any infringement of intellectual property due to some content posted on the website. If you are the owner of intellectual property or you act on its behalf, you may write to us for any support you need.
Laybach.in Market Return and Refund Policy
If there is any defect in the product at the time of delivery, you can return the product immediately for a replacement. If by any chance our merchant is not having the same product, you will get the complete refund back.
